Susie Deana, DPT is the owner and a practicing physical therapist at Mansfield Physical Therapy & Wellness. She is a graduate of Boston University where she received her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. In 2019 Susie completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, along with her pelvic floor certification through EIM.
As an experienced P.T. of 20years, she has extensive training and clinical expertise working with a variety of orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health related conditions. Susie is a pelvic health certified specialist treating patients during pregnancy, post partum or with incontinence or pelvic pain related dysfunctions. Susie has practiced in a variety of settings from rehab hospitals, orthopedic/sports clinics, and home health. She has treated a wide range of athletes from young athletes to the geriatric population. The majority of her career and interests have been in the orthopedics, with her focus on treating muscle and joint related injuries from sprains and strains to post surgical. Her treatment style is based on one on one manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education specific to each individual. Her continuing education includes McKenzie method, Graston technique, myofascial release, ACL prevention, pregnancy/post partum conditions and pelvic floor therapy.
Bridget is an experienced therapist in the areas of Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Manual Therapy, Injury Prevention and Fitness. She has extensive training in orthopedic injuries with a special interest in TMJ dysfunctions, lumbopelvic & sacroIliac dysfunctions, cervical/neck Diagnoses, headaches and post-breast cancer rehab. She is skilled and experienced with treating various post- surgical diagnoses, runners and athletic injuries, pre & postpartum patients and dancers.
Bridget enjoys helping patients reach their fitness goals through Personal Training/Strength Training with individuals whom have been discharged from formal physical therapy services, have histories of injuries, medical histories, or athletes. She has extensive training in Pilates, trunk stabilization and injury specific strength & conditioning, which she incorporates with her patient treatments.
As a former high school & collegiate athlete in Volleyball, Bridget understands what it takes to return to life & sport after an injury.
When Bridget is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and watching their Soft/Baseball games. She enjoys exercising including weight training, Yoga, Trail Running, Skiing, Mountain Biking and Hiking. She is also a Reiki Level 1 Certified Practitioner.
Dr. Steve Regan PT, DPT
Steven Regan, DPT is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. Steve completed his post-graduate studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2017.
Steve’s clinical experiences included sub-acute rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedics. During his clinical rotations, Steve was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of populations; including patients presenting with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and developmental pathologies. Over the course of his clinical experiences, Steve developed special interests in a variety of manual therapy and exercise-based treatment techniques, which helps drive his career and interest in helping patients achieve their specific goals.
Steve developed a strong passion for physical therapy and sports rehabilitation having experienced it first hand as a high school and collegiate athlete, but enjoys working with a variety of different populations of all ages. He participates in continuing education courses annually which provides the most current evidence based practice to allow him to treat his patients most effectively.
